SERVICES
Our permit services are based upon an in-person tracking service, and a need based response time, generally within 24 hours. This enables us to track the permit process with the applicable individuals, as well as verify the status with the municipalities at the times that are convenient for our client.

Permit Project Manager
In this scenario NWP would co-ordinate and expedite not only the City Staff and reviewers, but the Project Team as well. This level of service allows us to track, expedite and facilitate the entire process, and allows for our status reports to be accurate for our Team as well as all the reviewers.
Permit Co-coordinator
In this capacity NWP co-ordinates the City Staff only. We submit for the applications, pick up and deliver corrections and revisions and co-ordinate with the reviewing staff at the City. The reason this works so well under normal circumstances, is that we can, on one hand have an accurate and up to the day picture for ourselves as well as our clients, as to the exact status of their project, and its specific location within the reviewing body. On the other side of this scenario, we can offer the City Staff a single point person. This is valuable bargaining chip with the City because it cuts down on their time in repeating information to several Team Members, as well as allows for one person who has a clear picture of all of the moving parts associated with an application.
Pinch Hitter
Our team is always more than happy to simply follow the direction of either the owner or another Team Member as it relates to what needs to be completed. We would perform services as requested or required. Our dedicated and trained staff will meet you to pick up your plans and discuss the road map for permit issuance.

Based on your interest of NWP's involvement, we will provide you with all submittal requirements for single family residences in your jurisdiction, checklists and any other information or documentation required for the submittal process.
Tracking
Our staff will consistently check the progress of the preliminary submittal and send updates of information and review status. We provide 24/7 online permit tracking that is updated daily with any new information in the submittal process.
Delivery
NWP staff will deliver the approved permits and plans back to you and also make the permits available to you online, so you can access them anytime.

Single Family Residential - King County and Greater Puget Sound
Single permit - $300.00
5-20 permits - $150.00 each
20 or more - email for proposal
Single Family submittal to the City of Seattle
(Includes Pre-application and submittal) - $600.00
Commercial Permits
$85/hour; please email for proposal
MECHANICAL PERMITS & BUSINESS LICENCES
1-50 permits; $38.00 each
50-100 permits; $36.00 for each permit over 50
100- permits or greater; $34.00 each over 100
Commercial permits requiring more than one trip to submit, pick up and resubmit if required are charged at the applicable rate above for each additional trip
