NWPermit has worked with Quadrant homes since 1999.
We obtain 200-300 home permits and base plan permits for Quadrant Homes from Mount Vernon to Clark County, and across the water to Kitsap County
North West Permits' on line tracking system and in person expedition obtains and manages approximately 400-700 mechanical, electrical, plumbing and piping permits per month for Washington Energy Services and Northwest Water Heater

Our permit services are based upon an in-person tracking service, and a need based response time, generally within 24 hours.

The general scopes of our services include, but are not limited to, the following:

Residential Permits

  3. Attendance and presentation at all intake and review meetings
  4. Weekly permit monitoring with weekly written reports
  5. Tracking and expediting, for all of the above permits
  6. Follow up / follow through with all reviewers in person and on the phone
  7. Pick up and delivery of all plans, revisions, re-submittals and permits
  8. Project team co-ordination as it relates to the jurisdiction reviews and requirements

Northwest Permit can operate as a “Permit Project Manager”.

In this scenario; NWP would co-ordinate and expedite not only the City Staff and reviewers, but the “Project Team” as well. This level of service allows us to track, expedite and facilitate the entire process, and allows for our status reports to be accurate for our Team as well as all the reviewers.

Northwest Permit can operate as the “Permit Co-coordinator”.

This is where I felt our target service needed to occur for your accounts. In this capacity NWP co-ordinates the City Staff only. We submit for the applications, pick up and deliver corrections and revisions and co-ordinate with the reviewing staff at the City. The reason this works so well under normal circumstances, is that we can, on one hand have an accurate and up to the day picture for ourselves as well as our clients, as to the exact status of their project, and its specific location within the reviewing body. On the other side of this scenario, we can offer the City Staff a single point person. This is valuable bargaining chip with the City because it cuts down on their time in repeating information to several Team Members, as well as allows for one person who has a clear picture of all of the moving parts associated with an application.

The Third level of service is that of "Pinch Hitter".

Under this organization NWP would simply follow the direction of either the owner or another Team Member as it relates to what needs to be completed. We would perform services as requested or required. However the overall permit co-ordination would be completed by other Team Member, or Project Manager.

Northwest Permit’s tracking system uses a redundant database for both our client’s permit submittal’s and our status updates and records. On submission of a permit request, an email is immediately sent to our permit coordinator for that region, and our permit technicians are usually able to apply for the permit within 24 hours.

This eliminates issues with permit requests being lost or misplaced. Additionally, all permit pages can be custom designed for individual clients any way that you would like. This system has been continually upgraded and is now faster than ever. This system has proved dependable since May 24th, 2005 and has kept track of over 13,919 permits since it went online.

Our permit services are based upon an in-person tracking service, a need based response time, generally within 24 hours & turnkey submittal process. This enables us to track the permit process with the applicable individuals, as well as verify the status with the municipalities' computer on the days and at the times that are convenient for our client.

By having a single permit point person, we can create a cohesive information hub for the entire project team. We will disseminate your information form, your Job Packet or Work Order and complete the applications required for your permit submittal.

Our philosophy is to provide our clients with a clear picture of the entire permit process, as well as the project location within that process at all times, with this information posted on our Web Site. Our Web Site is password protected for each client with customized Reports and Tracking and issued permits in PDF for future access. Further, it goes without saying that quality and reliability of service is of equal importance to price, and in that regard I can personally assure you that our services will meet all of your expectations.

Northwest Permit covers Western Washington from Blaine to Portland, Oregon; East to Covington and West to Kitsap County, and Bremerton & Bainbridge Island.

Northwest Permit has standing appointments at King County, and is considered a "consistently prepared applicant" in the City of Seattle. Northwest Permit has a staff of seven, which are in ninety percent of the at least once weekly. In almost every instance we will be able to respond to any request within 24 hours and deliver permits to our customers within 24 hours of permit receipt. We can also deliver permits to the Job Site, either in person, via email or actual mail.

This is a customized service. We match the amount of involvement in a project with the needs of the specific client. If there are specific services not listed above, we would be happy to adjust any service proposal accordingly.

It is always the goal of Northwest Permit to have an application accepted the first time we submit. Further to that end we will do everything possible to resolve any issues at the counter or the municipality, to the fullest extent authorized by our clients.
1. Northwest permit has several payment options for the jurisdiction fees;

a. Northwest permit will pay all jurisdictional fees; our service charge for this is 10%, and invoices are submitted at a Net 15. NWPermit will maintain the accounting for costs on our Website and it will be reflected by Job on your Statement.

b. When possible NWPermit can use your Credit Card to purchase permits.

c. You can maintain a checking account for Jurisdictional fees, with our expeditors as allowed signers.

d. All permits have the potential of incurring unexpected expenses, which must be paid on the spot. Unless instructed otherwise we will cover these expenses and bill them back to you. This service is billed at 10%.

2. NW Permit requests a $500.00 deposit and signed letter of agreement to proceed.
